2. For goods manufactured or processed in Vietnam, the exporting unit or individual must take responsibility for the label.
3. In case non-exported goods are brought back into domestic circulation, organizations and individuals taking them out of circulation must mark them according to the provisions of this Regulation. For goods imported into Vietnam whose labels do not conform to the provisions of this Decree, the importing units or individuals must attach additional rings as prescribed in Article 9 Clause 3 of this Decree.
