The following are permitted in other languages of Latin origin:
- There is no Vietnamese name, international name or scientific name of the drug for human use;

- The international name or scientific name of the quantitative ingredient of the batch of goods cannot be clearly translated into Vietnamese or translated into Vietnamese but has no meaning;
- Name and address of the foreign enterprise producing or licensing the goods.

Contents of product labels, including sub-labels, must be truthful, clear, accurate and reflect the true nature of the product.
- Goods manufactured, assembled, processed and packaged for domestic circulation in Vietnam must bear the mark of the organization or individual producing the goods.
- For goods manufactured or processed in Vietnam, the exporting unit or individual must take responsibility for the label.
- In case non-exported goods are brought back into domestic circulation, organizations and individuals taking them out of circulation must mark them according to the provisions of this Regulation. For goods imported into Vietnam whose labels do not conform to the provisions of this Decree, the importing units or individuals must attach additional rings as prescribed in Article 9 Clause 3 of this Decree.
