Desiccant bags and sachets provide optimal protection for moisture-sensitive pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Desiccant bags can also be used to protect diagnostic products and medical devices from moisture. The flat and compact design of desiccant bags and sachets means they take up only a small amount of space in your product packaging.

Our HaduPack® desiccant bags and packets have unique shapes and labels that help avoid confusion with conventional medicines such as tablets or capsules and help prevent accidental ingestion.

Our desiccant bags and packets meet the requirements of US FDA 21 CFR and relevant EU food compliance guidelines, as well as the United States Pharmacopeia USP <661.1> and <670>. In addition, our Hadupack® desiccant bags are listed as a Type III DMF for submission to the US FDA.

Hadupack® desiccant rolls can be separated simply and cleanly during filling thanks to the perforations between each desiccant bag. Filling tests have shown that our perforated desiccant rolls separate the packets more reliably than optically marked desiccant rolls, while still allowing clean cutting during filling.

Our HaduPack® desiccant bags are made from Tyvek®, a synthetic material composed of millions of tiny fibers. These fibers are bonded together to form a mesh structure that allows water vapor to pass through the mesh’s natural pores. When water vapor enters the bag, it is absorbed by silica gel or molecular sieve, providing better moisture protection.
